Male patient, 39 years old, came to the hospital complaining of bilateral nasal obstruction and snoring for several months. No headache or post nasal discharge was present. Visual acuity was not affected.

By examination, bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy was found; no other masses or polyps were found by anterior rhinoscopy or nasal endoscopy.

Answer: Fibro-osseus lesion.
