
A male patient, 29 years old, presented by right nasal obstruction which started six years ago of gradual onset and progressive course. The condition was associated with right nasal discharge and right sided headache and facial pain. He also complained of hyposmia of the same onset, course and duration. He had a history of nasal trauma 7 years ago for which he had a reduction for his fractured nose. No history of epistaxis or visual affection and no history of dental work at the right side.
