Radiology Quiz

A 43 years old male patient was complaining of left nasal obstruction and left mid-facial headache since few years. Endoscopic examination of the nose revealed a huge nasal mass filling the left nasal cavity and pushing the septum to the other side. CT and MRI showed a homogenous mass infiltrating the left inferior turbinate, left ethmoidal air cells, the clivus and reaching the left frontal sinus.

Answer: Fibrous dysplasia
