A 33 years old male complaining of progressive nasal obstruction, discharge and facial pain not responding to usual medical treatment. In the last 3 weeks he developed left proptosis and diplopia. He gave a history of previous multiple nasal surgeries but there is no medical record.

MRI was done revealed the following

Answer: Sinunasal granuloma
